Your account

Provide accurate information, protect access to your email account and only import credentials you hold or are authorised to manage. Do not impersonate another person, submit unauthorised personal information, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass security controls.

Study and credential records

Study materials are practice aids, not official exam questions or a guarantee of passing. Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. CertSprout is an independent study and credential-tracking service; issuer names do not imply endorsement. Reading a public issuer record establishes what that record says; it does not independently prove that the signed-in person owns it. Confirm identity, current certification status and expiry directly with the holder and issuer before making employment, compliance or payment decisions.

Study resources and affiliate links

We recommend external learning resources based on their relevance to a certification and learning needs. Some links may be paid affiliate links: if you purchase after following one, we may receive a commission. We disclose this beside each commission-earning link and provide a direct provider link. Commission does not determine the order of recommendations. An affiliate relationship is a commercial referral arrangement, not an endorsement of CertSprout by an exam issuer. Provider purchases, course access, regional restrictions, refunds and tracking are governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Check the exam version, course coverage and total price before buying. Our subscription refund policy does not apply to purchases from external providers.

Exam pricing and availability

Published exam prices include a source and check date. Prices can change; the issuer or authorised booking provider confirms taxes, eligibility, delivery options, languages, appointment availability and the final amount. Currency conversions are labelled estimates for planning, using dated reference rates when available. They are not local provider prices or guaranteed exchange rates. A listed price is not confirmation that an exam can be booked in your country. Country and display currency preferences do not change the billing currency of a CertSprout subscription.

Teams and reminders

Team administrators are responsible for who they invite, their use of member information and any exports or capability links they share. Notifications depend on current issuer data and successful delivery; keep your own renewal calendar. Bounty records track intended rewards and do not transfer money or establish an employment entitlement.

Pricing and payments

Creating an account does not authorise a charge. Where a paid subscription is offered, its currency, price, billing interval, taxes and renewal terms must be shown before checkout. Contact support about billing, cancellations or refund requests. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds and cancellation

When paid subscriptions become available, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of payment by emailing hello@certsprout.app. This first-payment guarantee applies once per customer. You can cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date; access continues until the end of the paid period. Later renewal payments and unused portions of a billing period are not normally refunded for a change of mind. We refund duplicate or incorrectly collected charges. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law.

Leaving the service

You can export your data and delete your account in settings. Team owners must transfer ownership first. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents or unlawful use. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.
